My name is Carmina Ruiz Abrego and I am the founder of Caring Tus Cariños, a home-based child care center located in Portland, OR. With over 25+ years of extensive experience in childcare, I am a dedicated and passionate childcare provider who wholeheartedly believes in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Nurturing growth is a fundamental principle that guides my approach.
